    Transferability
    All types of passes for the Kizomba event are transferable. If you are unable to attend the event, you have the option to transfer your ticket to someone else. However, please note that the event organizers should be notified prior to the event date to facilitate a smooth transfer process.

    Non-refundable
    It is important to note that while the tickets are transferable, they are non-refundable. This means that once purchased, the tickets cannot be refunded, even if you are unable to attend the event. We encourage you to consider this before making your purchase.

    Validity
    Please ensure that you present a valid ticket for entry into the Kizomba event. Tickets that have been tampered with or are expired will not be accepted. Each ticket is valid for one individual entry only.

    ID verification
    To maintain the security of the event, all attendees may be required to present a valid form of identification upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who fails to provide proper identification.

    Ticket misuse
    Any attempt to counterfeit, duplicate or resell tickets may result in the cancellation of those tickets without refund as well as a possible ban from attending future events organized by the same entity.

    Lost or Stolen Tickets
    The event organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen tickets. Please take good care of your ticket and keep it in a safe place. Should you lose your ticket, a replacement will not be provided.

    Schedule Changes
    Please note that the event schedule, including performers and workshops, is subject to change without prior notice. Any changes made will be updated on the event's official website or communicated through the email address provided during ticket purchase.

    Code of Conduct
    Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner throughout the event. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive may result in ejection from the premises without refund.
